Mother Gothel

Personality: Although she poses as Rapunzel’s motherly figure, she is responsible for kidnapping and locking her in a tower when she was a baby.  Gothel is pushed further and further into the role of villainess as Rapunzel grows close to Flynn Rider and begins to find out about her true identity. She proves her willingness to go to whatever lengths necessary to keep Rapunzel trapped and her healing powers safe during the film. She is very manipulative and overprotective.

Best/Worst quality:  Mother Gothel wants to keep Rapunzel in the tower at all costs, to remain young and beautiful forever, to hurt anyone who try to keep Rapunzel’s healing power away from her.

Appearence:  Slender, fair skin, shiny curly black hair, gray eyes, crimson dress, gold colored earrings that look like spikes, black cloa.

Quote: “If He’s Lying Don’t Come Crying. Mother Knows Best.”

Captain Hook

Personality: Captain Hook acts as a menacing and cowardly villain. Due to this, he is made a fool of quite often. Despite this, he’s still a very feared character. He is very murderous. Hook is extremely intelligent and is even able to trick his nemesis, Peter Pan, into believing he has surrendered. Captain Hook also seems to have a tendency to find loopholes in agreements or contracts, or show obedience to the letter of the law, rather than the spirit of the law.  Captain Hook is one of the rare villains that view their sidekick as not only a minion but as a friend.

Best/Worst quality: Captain Hook wants to kill Peter Pan, but in the end he gets chased away by the Crocodile.

Appearence: Slender, long black hair, hazel eyes, mustachioed, shaven face, crimson hat with a giant lavender feather, red overcoat with golden brims, pink shirt, white cravat, silver or gold hook on his left hand, purple pants, black shoes with gold buckles.

Cruella De Vil

Personality: Cruella cannot live without furs. She intends to have all ninety nine puppies skinned and made into clothing. ( Pongo and Perdita’s 15 Dalmatian puppies and buys eighty-four more through legitimate means.)  Cruella is not a schemer. Instead, she acts purely on impulse and is thus prone to reckless behavior, particularly tearing through the snowy landscape in her car. Cruella’s also know as the devil woman.

Best/Worst quality : Cruella wanted to turn 101 Dalmatians into a fur coat for her to wear.

Appearence: Slender, skeletal, pale skin, bulging distended eyes, hair that is black on the right side and white on the left, skintight black dress, red opera gloves, enormous cream-colored fur coat with red lining, pointy red pumps, green earrings.

Quote:  “I live for Fur! I worship Fur!”

Maleficent

Personality: Maleficent represents pure evil. She is ruthless and devious, and will do whatever it takes to achieve her  goals. Additionally, she is very spiteful, which is shown by taunting Prince Phillip after she captures him. She is somewhat narcissistic. She thinks herself above everyone, even calling her closest allies “her pets”. Maleficent is an evil fairy, unlike the other three fairy godmothers in the movie, and her evil enables her to perform many magical and powerful spells.

Best/Worst Quality: Maleficent  curses Aurora, decreeing that, before the sun sets on Aurora’s 16th birthday, the child shall die, by pricking her finger on the spindle of a spinning wheel.

Appearence: Maleficent appears in the form of a tall, slender, pale green skinned woman with a narrow face and a prominent chin. She also has yellow eyes and a horned headdress, which is symbolic of her dark magic. She is clad in a black and purple robe with bat wing-like edges, and wears a gold ring with a large mysterious circular black stone in it!

Quote: “You poor simple fools, thinking you could defeat me. Me, the mistress of all evil.”

Hades

Personality: Hades is very eccentric and cynical, but is very easily angered. As an Olympian God, he is immortal, and specifically has authority over the dead. Though temperamental, he is a fast-talker, and a shrewd bargainer. Hades is shown to be jealous of Zeus’s position as King of the Gods, and makes long term plans to usurp his brother.

Best/Worst quality:  He took ownership of Megara’s soul.

Appearence: Slender, Grey skin, muscular, sharp teeth, yellow eyes, black robe with skull garments, blue fire instead of hair (the fire changes to red when he’s mad).

Quote: “How dare you get a happy ending?!”

Ursula

Personality: Ursula is a very dark and sinister villain but she has a large sense a humor. Ursula is very manipulative and has a talent of making great sense and making great points when trying to strike a deal.  She treats the eels like children and refer to them as “babies” or “poopsies.” Despite using contracts to get her way, Ursula has little regard for following her end of the bargain. 

Best/Worst quality: She took Ariel’s voice.

Appearence: Obese, octopus-like, white hair, gray eyes, bright red lips, lavender skin, aqua eyelids, purple seashell earrings, fingernails polished in red, pimple on her face, black strapless chestplate that shows both her giant breast cleavage and bare back, necklace with a seashell pendant that carries Ariel’s voice.

Quote: “Triton’s Daughter will be mine, and then I’ll make him writhe. I’ll see him wriggle like a worm on a hook!”

The Stabbington Brothers

Personality: The stabbington brothers are naturally thiefs. They are rude with people and they worked with Flynn Rider. They are very impatient and follow the rules very well. They also joined Gothel later.

Best/Worst quality: They are thiefs. They wanted to destroy Flynn Rider but  they were arrested by the palace guards.

Appearence: Identical Twins; One has mutton chops, wears green, and wields a sword; while the other wears all black, has an eye-patch, and wields a dagger

Quote:  Flynn Rider: [Flynn looking at his ‘Wanted’ poster] No… no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, this is bad, this is very very bad, this is really bad… They just can’t get my nose right! 

Stabbington Brother: Who cares? 

Scar

Personality: Scar is highly intelligent and charismatic. He is a psychopathic individual who is mainly concerned with gaining power and will kill anyone he sees as competition. Despite his ruthless nature, he is a somewhat cowardly individual, more likely to run away from violence than confront it. He doesn’t care much for family relations. He is also an expert manipulator, having tricked both Mufasa and Simba into situations with the intent of getting them killed (successfully, in the case of Mufasa).

Best/Worst quality: Scar killed Mufasa.

Appearence: Slender, orange fur, emaciated and melanistic with a goatee, black mane, scar over his left eye (hence his name), green eyes.

Quote: “Well as far as brains go, I’ve got the lion’s share, but when it comes to brute strength…I’m afraid I’m on the shallow end of the gene pool.”
