Giselle

Inner beauty: Giselle is a beautiful young woman and the main protagonist of the film. At the beginning of the film, she is originally an archetypal disney princess. Because she lives in the perfect fanstasy world of Andalasia, she has never felt emotions such as frustration and anger which are common on Earth. She dreams of having her prince charming whom she will fall in love with and live happily ever after. She also loves animals, who help her both in Andalasia and on Earth.

Despite maturing over the course of the film, she still retains her innocence, optimism and kind nature. Hailing from Andalasia, Giselle displays similar traits to the Disney Princesses; Lima describes her as “about 80% Snow White, with some traits borrowed from Cinderella and Princess Aurora… although her spunkiness comes from Ariel a.k.a. The Little Mermaid.” She is “eternally optimistic and romantic” but is also “very independent and true to her convictions”.

Best quality/Goal: Lives happily ever after with Robert and Morgan

Robert

 Inner beauty: Robert Philip is a no-nonsense, forthright, and sometimes pessimistic divorce lawyer whose occupation and separation from his wife has led him to adopt a rather melancholy outlook on life. Robert can sometimes be aloof towards the emotional output of other people and any departure from logic and sensible thinking. Nevertheless, he is not incapable of showing his love and loosening up. He’s a caring and great father.

Best quality/Goal: Marries Giselle and lives “happily ever after” with her and Morgan.

Outer beauty: Slender, black hair, blue eyes, tuxedo.

Ray

Inner beauty: Friendly and helpful, despite being the smallest creature in the movie, he has the biggest heart. His true love is the Evening Star he calls Evangeline. Ray is also the best friend of Louis who seemed the most crushed to witness his death. Ray was also shown to have no fear; he helped fight the frog hunters and he even took on Facilier’s shadow demons all by himself. Ray is extremely kind and agrees to help Tiana and Naveen without any reward expected. Though kind, he is somewhat eccentric, often shown to be very excitable, in spite of serious situations. He was seen upset once when he believed Naveen was proposing to Evangeline.

Best quality/Goal: To join his girlfriend Evangeline, the Evening Star.

Outer beauty: Very small and slender Cajun firefly, holes on his wings, red hair, few teeth.

Ty Parsec

Inner beauty: Tired of being in Buzz Lightyear’s shadow, Ty Parsec is naturally dismissive and cynical of the former’s near-perfect success. He doesn’t possess the ever-positive outlook as Buzz Lightyear does and Ty is prone to grumpy tones and sarcastic remarks. That said, the Space Ranger isn’t a bad person however, and he performs his job to the best of his ability.

Best quality/Goal: Can shift into the Wirewolf via the Canis Lunis radioactive moon rock.

Outer beauty: Skinnier than Buzz Lightyear, Ty Parsec possesses tan skin and dark brown hair. His face is angular and sharp, and his eyes are larger than average. He has a typical athletic build, and is drawn in the style familiar to the series.

Quote: “Not on my post. I’LL do the rescuing.”

Mira Nova

Inner beauty: Being a princess, Mira is heir to throne of Tangea. She became a space ranger against her father’s wishes, because she was inspired by how Star Command saved her planet. Her race is very aristocratic, something she dislikes. Tangea is home to two classes of people, Grounders, who live on the surface, and Mira’s race, who lives in the sky and looks down upon the Grounders both literally and figuratively. Mira Nova went against the royal family by dating a Grounder one year before she enlisted in Star Command, and also makes it clear that as a future leader of Tangea she wishes to stop the treatment of Grounders as outsiders. Unlike many females in the series, Mira Nova is one of the few women not dazzled by the bravado of Buzz Lightyear and can work with him as an equal partner. She’s very independent, strong-willed, clever, tomboyish and beautiful!

Best quality/Goal: Ghosting (the ability to walk through solid objects).

Outer beauty: Slender space creature, humanlike, orange hair, fairly aqua skin, indigo eyes, white spacesuit.

The Lost Boys

Inner beauty: 

Slightly

Slighty is the second in command. Slightly wears a fox costume and is shown to be the oldest member (and the tallest) of the Lost Boys.

Nibs

Nibs is the most active. He wears a rabbit costume and doesn’t talk much. Nibs may be the most minor Lost Boy.

The Twins

A set of twins that finish each other sentences. Although they are known for this, they do not carry it out in the sequel; instead, they talk at the same time. They wear raccoon costumes.

Cubby

The toughest of all the Lost Boys. Cubby may be the most famous Lost Boy. Cubby is large and overwieght and speaks as if he does not have much knowledge. Cubby wears a Bear costume.

Tootles

The only Lost Boy without a speaking voice; to compensate for this, he uses a large pad of paper to communicate (though this isn’t revealed until Return to Neverland). Tootles is the youngest of the Lost Boys and seems to be the most cunning of the group. Tootles wears a Skunk costume.

Best quality/Goal: To get a mother to read the bedtime stories.

Cubby: Small, obese, dirty blonde hair, brown bear costume
Nibs: Small, slender, blonde hair, buck-toothed, gray rabbit costume
Twins: Both small and slender, dark brown hair, dark gray raccoon costumes
Tootles: Small, slightly obese, freckles, skunk costume, mute

Vixey

Inner beauty: Vixey is friendly, caring, and quite adventurous and daring. She’s also very dreamy when it comes to love and marriage. She’s extremely fast because she’s used to live in the woods.  Vixey is beautiful, funny and sometimes quite thoughtful.

Best quality/Goal: To help Tod survive in the woods and possibly have kits with him.

Outer beauty: Slender red-orange vixen, long tail, beautiful.

David Q. Dawson

Inner beauty: Dr. Dawson is an obese bumbler who has a good heart and joins Basil on their hunt to find Hiram, Olivia’s father, from the diabolical Professor Ratigan. He is clumsy, cowardly but very friendly and caring!

Best quality/Goal: To help Basil solve a serious case.

Outer beauty: Obese mouse, mustache, shoes, white shirt, maroon vest, blue jacket and trousers, blue bow tie, blue cap, sometimes spectacles.

Quote: “I don’t know any Basil. But I do remember where Baker Street is.”

Mittens

Inner beauty: Mittens is a sassy and short-tempered street cat who Bolt at first believed was an agent of Dr. Calico, but later they became friends. She is pessimistic and has a dry sense of humor. She is a thief and a survivor. She wasn’t interested in friendship at first, but she is eventually moved by Bolt’s loyalty. Judging by her color patterns, she appears to be a Tuxedo cat. She speaks in a New Yorker accent. 

Best quality/Goal: To help Bolt recover his owner while introducing him to the real world.

Outer beauty: Slender black cat, white paws, white and black fur, underbelly fur continues through the leg, green eyes, blue collar, eyelashes (if seen closely).

Jim Hawkins

Inner beauty: Jim is a very adventerous, caring young lad. During the beginning of the film he was the “alienated” teenager, constantly in trouble and “like a stranger” to his mother, Sarah Hawkins. At first Jim is stoic and guarded, almost always using the phrase “whatever” in conversations he’d rather not innitiate, huffing out of the corner of his mouth or rolling his eyes. He’s rebellious, independent, brave, and very dreamy.

Best quality/Goal:  To find the Treasure Planet so his home can be rebuilt and control his own fate.

Outer beauty: 15 years old, slender, teenaged, brown hair, blue eyes, brown jacket, tan torso, black-brown pants, hair parted at forehead, rattail/ponytail in back.

Jessie

Inner beauty:  She likes being loved by any other child and has the power to yodel. She hates being in storage-as it makes her claustrophobic- and not having someone to love her. In her story that she is telling Woody about her first owner was Emily, just before she got donated by her when she was a young adult.

Best Quality/Goal: Becomes given away to Bonnie along with the other toys and continues her relationship with Buzz.

Outer beauty: Jessie is an excitable and beautiful cowgirl doll. She is slender and fair-skinned in plastic. She has green eyes, red hair with a ponytail in braids and a yellow ribbon that has tied to the bottom of her ponytail, pink lips, white long-sleeved western-style shirt with both yellow blouse and cuffs that have red doodles, blue jeans, a belt with a gold buckle, a pair of chaps that have cow spots all over, brown cowgirl boots, crimson cowgirl hat, and a pull string on her back with a white loop attached to it.

José Carioca

Inner beauty: José is suave, cool and good under pressure. He is portrayed as a ladies man and very fun. He enjoys parties, women and his best friends Donald and Panchito.

Best quality/Goal: Joined in with the music after Donald got the hiccups in Saludos Amigos .

Watched the fireworks with Donald and Panchito after Donald defeated the toy bull in The Three Caballeros.

Outer beauty: Slender Brazilian parrot, green feathers with red and blue tail, brown eyes, both yellow sport jacket and flat hat, black bowtie, white shirt, yellow opera gloves.

Panchito Pistoles

Inner beauty: Panchito is extremely wild and active. He loves women just like his best friends and always carries two shotguns which have become his trademark. He proves to have some amount of magical ability.

Best quality/Goal: Watches the fireworks with Donald and Jose after Donald defeats the toy bull.

Outer beauty: Slender Mexican rooster, red feathers, red jacket, yellow belt, red-brown pants, spurs, giant sombrero, white hands or opera gloves.

Sally

Inner beauty: Sally is a beautiful rag doll-type character, with detachable limbs stuffed with fall leaves. She was created by Dr. Finkelstein, Halloween Town’s resident mad scientist. Their relationship is rather tense, as Finklestein insists on keeping Sally under lock and key, under the pretext of protecting her from the excitement of the outside world. However, Sally is restless, and is intrigued by the wonders of the outside world.

It is this restlessness, or, more specifically, this desire for something better in her life, that draws her to Jack Skellington. In the beginning of the movie, she idolizes and admires Jack much like any of the other female members of Halloween Town; however, she quickly discovers that they are connected by the desire for something more in their lives, and her feelings for him intensify. The two refer to each other as “friends”, though Jack seems unaware of Sally’s true feelings for him, as she is too shy to make them known to him other than through her sweet actions.

Sally is an expert at needlework, and keeps a needle and thread on her person at all times. Her skills are well appreciated, as evidenced by Jack’s request of her to tailor him a Santa suit and his encouraging words to her. She also has skills at brewing potions, which she uses to poison Finklestein so she can escape. Sally is beautiful, restless, and detachable.

Best quality/Goal: To sneak away from Dr. Finkelstein’s house, woo Jack, and try to stop him from passing out evil Christmas toys to every child all around the Real World.

Outer beauty: Slender “monster” doll, blue skin, large eyes, detachable limbs, stitches, long reddish-brown hair, short-sleeved V-neck patchy dress that almost shows her breast cleavage, black-striped white socks, black low-heeled shoes.

Quote: Just because I cannot see it, doesn’t mean I can’t believe it! 

Kovu

Inner beauty: Kovu is noted by many to bear a strong resemblance to Scar, especially after his face is scarred, despite not being related to Scar.  As a cub, he is shown to be very innocent and friendly, though he does take a moment to playfully tease Kiara when they first meet. As an adult, he has been trained by Zira to hate Simba and the rest of Simba’s pride. However, this changes as he falls in love with Kiara, where he grows reluctant to carry out Zira’s plan, and becomes more friendly and caring. As a result of Zira’s harsh treatment, he initially has no concept of having fun. Kovu can be very serious but when you get to know him, he’s very caring and sensitive. He’s also afraid of the world because he’s been intimidated/rejected his whole life but he learns to face his fears and becomes into a very strong-hearted lion.

Best Quality/Goal: To avenge Scar and take over the Pride Lands (formerly), To reunite the two prides.

Outer beauty: Muscular, brown fur, dark brown mane, emerald green eyes, later in the movie, he receives a scar identicle to Scar’s.

Quote: “You’ll never hurt Kiara, or Simba, not while I’m here.”
